Good Food and Wine Show 2015

We were at the Good Food and Wine Show early this month, and enjoyed every minute of it! 

The day before while I was busy busy baking away for the show, I got a call saying that Lisa Fernandez and Channel 9 would be at the show on Friday, in the alley that we were exhibiting in, and that we had to be there by 8am on Friday, set up and ready to go!!

Confetti Fair Perth 2015

Last weekend was my third time exhibiting at Confetti Fair. Once again it was at BShed in Fremantle. I really enjoy going to events like Confetti Fair as it gives me a chance to make a display and showcase my cakes and products.

The table, stands, rug and all other accessories are from Kmart! I scored such a bargain and some really great pieces!!

Taste of Perth 2015

Putting aside the insanely stormy, rainy, freezing weather, we had a real blast at the Taste of Perth Festival a few weeks ago.

One of my favourite things about going to festivals like this is trying the food and the products from other exhibitors. The restaurants on display this year were amazing and I wanted to try everything, which can be hard when you need to be at your stand telling people about your products!

3in1 Market - August 2014

We were back at the 3in1 Market at the Claremont Showgrounds this past weekend and this time, we shared a stall with Poet's Corner Quilts (aka my amazing mum!)

Confetti Fair Perth 2014

Confetti Fair returned to Perth on Sunday, 3 August 2014 at the BShed in Fremantle. So many wonderful vendors were involved in this year's Confetti Fair and we were lucky to be one of them! 

The move of the fair to Fremantle allowed for the organisers to invite some delicious food vans and also host workshops and discussions throughout the day. I loved watching the lovely ladies from Cake Love Couture teach us how to create and ice an angry bird cake! As well as make amazing cakes, they hold workshops - which I'm hoping to attend a few later in the year. We were next to the lovely ladies from Mitchell and Dent who are amazingly creative designers!

I started brainstorming for this year's Confetti Fair since attending Confetti Fair in November last year and wanted to create something that would make the guests stop and want to discuss all things cake! 

Avon Valley Gourmet Food & Wine Festival

We were lucky to attend the Avon Valley Gourmet Food & Wine Festival over the WA Day long weekend. Much to our surprise and delight we won the best themed stall/commercial exhibitor prize, which was kindly donated by local Northam business Serco. 

Thank you to my amazing friends who came with us to Northam and helped sell cupcakes on the weekend! And a very big thank you to my wonderful boyfriend for helping me at every market I attend, staying up late/getting up early with me to finish baking and just being a generally amazing person. 

The moment we were told we had won best stall!
